| Dear Jane, We have wonderful news to share with you. Tuition rates at Bishop’s will not increase next year! As you may know, on October 13th of this year the current Quebec government proposed tuition increases for Canadian non-Quebec residents coming to study in Quebec. After much negotiation, massive public outcry, and a recognition by the government of the unique community at Bishop’s, our institution was granted an exemption from the proposed increases.
