WELCOME FROM THE MANAGER OF STUDENT RECRUITMENT

Welcome back to another Academic Year at NBCC! As hard as it is to believe, summer has come and gone, and we are so looking forward to welcoming our new and returning students to campuses all across the province. It is an exciting time to be a learner at NBCC as we carry forward the momentum of welcoming one of our largest classes ever in 2023.

WHAT CAN STUDENTS EXPECT?   Students, parents, teachers, and counsellors may have some questions about what life currently looks like at NBCC. Information about what to expect when attending an NBCC program can be found here.

Programs Not Open for Domestic Applicants: You will notice a few programs that are NOT open to applicants for Fall 2025; however, these programs are not cancelled. We have made the decision to put a hold on a few due to higher volumes of waitlists. These programs are:
Practical Nurse- Moncton campus Medical Laboratory Technology- Saint John campus Respiratory Therapy- Saint John campus   These programs are running in Fall 2025; however, we closed domestic application portals due to the high waitlists associated with these programs allowing us to draw down the list until we get to a more reasonable number. We will continue to monitor these waitlists and once they are at a more realistic level, we will re-open the programs for application.

Grade 11 Applicants- As always, our application portal for grade 11 students planning to study with us in the Fall of 2026 will open in April. The online application will be available on April 1st, 2025. We will be in touch with more details as this date gets closer.
