LHHS All Grades Course Change Procedure:

Any students who need an Essential Course change must sign up at guidance before 4:00 pm on Friday, February 2 (Storm date: February 5) during breaks, noon hour and before/after school.  You will not be able to sign up during class time.

School Counsellors cannot change an elective because you have changed your mind.  The classes are quite full, and the schedule was built based on students’ selections.  We will be processing Course changes on a first come, first served basis. This may take a several days, but we will get to you!  Please be patient.

Reasons for an Essential Course Change:

  • Incomplete schedule                       
  • Post-secondary education plan changes (pre-requisites needed)
  • Change of course level (i.e. level 2 to 3, Foundations to Financial, etc)
  • Change from FI to English
  • I didn’t request a course on my schedule (we have copies of what you did request)
  • I do not have the pre-requisite (i.e NRF 10 before Foundations 110)
