Public Health nurses will be coming to your school on December 2, 2025 to offer all grade 9 students their meningitis vaccine. Information pamphlets for the vaccines offered are available below. We encourage you to make sure your child has had breakfast and has snacks available for after the immunizations. Please ask that your child wear a short-sleeved shirt.
If the consent form has not been completed online, please do so before November 30, 2025. Failure to do so before this date may result in the consent not being processed. These consents should be completed whether the student is being immunized or not.
