How to book an interview

Go to the Book an Interview page.

Select the session you would like to attend:

  • Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. These sessions are occurring in-person at Leo Hayes High School.
  • Friday, April 14, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. These sessions are occurring virtually.  

Use the drop-down menu to select the teacher you would like to meet with.

Select an available timeslot. Each timeslot is 10 minutes in length with an additional 5 minutes between each meeting. 

Enter your name (first and last), email address, and your student’s name (first and last).

Submit your booking by clicking on “Book”. 

  • You should receive a confirmation email. 
  • If you are booking a virtual conference on Thursday morning, you will need this confirmation email as it contains the Microsoft Teams link for the meeting. You are not required to have a Microsoft account to book/attend the virtual meeting. 
  • Please repeat the process for each teacher you would like to schedule an appointment with. 

If you are unable to attend the Parent-Teacher interviews at these times, please contact your student’s teacher(s) to schedule a time that is mutually convenient.
